Intuitive Eating (IE) Group - Registration

Use this form to let us know of your interest in joining our Intuitive Eating group.

IE is a self-care eating framework. It is similar to mindful eating but includes more emphasis on letting go of diet culture and weight, as well as respecting your body and your hunger. You may or may not already be an Intuitive Eater.  If you are not, in this group you will learn to identify and respond to body cues and to eat without shame, guilt, labels, or obsessive thoughts. First, we will focus on attuning to your internal self and later on what parts of the external world you'd like to integrate to achieve "authentic health". This will be a small group and will meet remotely via Zoom. Meetings are weekly, 50 minutes, for the duration of the 12 week program. Day and time of meetings will be determined by the group. This survey includes an Intuitive Eating Assessment. It will be repeated after the IE group concludes. I look forward to working with you! Thank you for your interest in our programing.

After submitting this survey, expect to be contacted by a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor within a week to discuss if the group is a good fit for you.
