This survey aims to assess the technical needs of urban farmers within non-desert areas of San Bernardino County,  Riverside County, Inland Los Angeles County, and Orange County.

For the purposes of this survey, urban agriculture is defined as the production, distribution, and marketing (both for profit and not for profit) of agricultural products (e.g. food, fiber, flowers, etc.) within, or on the periphery of, metropolitan areas.

University of California Cooperative Extension (UCCE) is currently in the process of developing programs that will be of service to urban farmers. The information gathered from this survey will be used by UCCE to determine how to best assist urban farm operations so that they can farm more successfully and/or more sustainably. Your responses are voluntary and the data collected will not be used to identify any individual. All responses will be compiled together and analyzed as a group.
